HOW IT WORKS
From “Who wants to play?” to a confirmed table.
Mahjong Radar organises the practical steps between wanting to play and sitting down at a table. The flow is intentionally simple for players and hosts.
1. Create a trusted player profile
Members add their city, Mahjong variations, skill level and availability. Email and mobile verification can be used to protect accounts and improve confidence between people who have not met before.
2. Find a table that fits
Browse public tables by city, date, format and other table details. Public listings show enough information to decide whether a game is relevant while keeping exact locations private until the host confirms a seat.
3. Request a seat
A player sends a seat request or joins the waitlist. Before the request is submitted, the app explains that the player’s verified mobile number will be shared with that table’s host so the host can speak with them before confirming.
4. The host reviews and confirms
The host can review the request, open the player’s detailed profile, contact the player when necessary and accept or decline the request. Confirmed players receive table updates and access to the table chat.
5. Coordinate and play
Table chat, reminders, waitlist promotion, QR check-in and attendance tools help the game run smoothly. Afterward, optional scores and ratings can help clubs and regular groups keep useful records.
Hosting is just as direct
A verified host chooses the city, date, time, Mahjong variation, number of seats and privacy level. Public, private, recurring and multi-table formats can be supported depending on the administrator’s settings.
Feature availability can vary by installation and administrator settings. Public pages never replace the private member controls used for exact locations, chats or personal contact details.
